These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at DollarBux.As a registered user at DollarBux, you have confirmed you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1 You can only have one account per computer. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
1.2 Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
1.3 Your password is very important and must be kept secret from others and different from sites where you are registred. We aren't responsible if your account get hacked, we also can't cash back the money spend from it, if it's the case. You have the option to use secondary password for more security.
1.4 Accounts are not transferable.
1.5 DollarBux will not modify user account information based on user request.
1.6 When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
2. REFERRALS
2.1 You may refer as many people as you want.
2.2 Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email, alertpay, paypal addresses.
2.3 You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4 Referrals have a replace policy. If, within 7 days one of your bought/rented referrals does not clicked any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is for bought and rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.
2.5 You only earn from directly referred referrals (1st Downline) being them referred directly by you, rented or bought.
2.6 You can only buy/rent referrals when they are available.
2.7 The referral will never be able to modify the his referrer.
3. ANTI-CHEAT/ACCOUNG SUSPENSION POLICY
3.1 Use of Auto-Click/Software will be result in permanent account ban. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert or circumvent or defraud DollarBux your account will be banned without notice.
3.2 We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any valid reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be banned without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame".
3.3 We don't accept any refund, cashback and any attemp to do it will result in permanent ban of your account, please think before paying and not after
3.4 All banned accounts will have their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
3.5 All banned accounts are archived and you cannot register using the same username, email, alertpay, paypal addresses.
3.6 DollarBux cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of DollarBux will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
4. PAYMENTS
4.1 All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.
4.2 All payments for Premium Members will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down and in 28 Business days for Standart Users.
4.3 The minimum amount to get the payments is $10,00 (ten US dollars).
4.4 You must have a correct and existing AlertPay or PayPal email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address.
4.5 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
4.6 After requesting a payment, the user must wait 5 days (120 hours) before requesting another one.
5. Advertisers
5.1 We accept any kind of advertisement except pages with frame breaker, have malicious code or redirect to another page.
5.2 You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours
5.3 We can offer you major advertisement variety! We currently can offer to our advertisers Paid To Click, Paid to SignUp, SideBanners, SideLinks ads
5.4 All the payments for advertisement are processed by AlertPay, Paypal or using your earn account balance
6. DollarBux Services
6.1 As member of DollarBux we can offer you Premium membership (2, 6, 12 Month plans), Purchase/Rent Referrals and Ads services
6.2 All payments are non-refundable.
6.3 Payments made to DollarBux are confirmed by your AlertPay/PayPal email used in your account. So please try to use the payment email address listed in your account when buying services on DollarBux
6.4 Any payment made by different AlertPay/PayPal email address not be referenced.
6.5 All chargebacks or reversed transcations made on your payments will lead to an immediate account termination.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 DollarBux is not responsible for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to DollarBux and therefore beyond our control.
7.2 DollarBux reserves the right to change our terms of service at anytime, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules..., and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
7.3 DollarBux is not responsible for any of its users or advertisers.
8. Forums
8.1 You have access to reading whole forums, except for private/locked areas.
8.2 When you are registered and logged in at our Forum, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones.
8.3 You must totally respect other users in the Forum under the penalty of being banned from it if you don't.
8.4 You have the right to express yourself without offending other users!
8.5 All kinds of publicity, attempts, 3rd part links to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts and topics, but allowed in your signatures.
